Can't Download for Offline/Maximum Download Alert Even After Reinstalling

Can't Download for Offline/Maximum Download Alert Even After Reinstalling

I am having issues downloading music to my Spotify premium account even after uninstalling/reinstalling the app after deleted all cache and data.

I started noticing this issue yesterday so I first deleted a few albums as directed. I closed the app, restarted my phone, etc. The issue persisted.

Today, I decided to delete all cache/data and then uninstall/reinstall the app and I am still receiving this alert which will now no longer allow me to download any music, even though I have no songs downloaded now.

I own a Samsung S6 edge through Verizon running Android 7.0 (Nougat).

Hi. Try going here and removing all offline devices.

Thank you for your reply. I just did this and it didn't work. So, I uninstalled/reinstalled again and it seems to be working somewhat. It works when I go to redownload albums I recently had downloaded prior to deleting data/uninstalling, however I am noticing that it still gives me the max downloaded alert for something I've never had downloaded before. This all despite having a nearly cleared download list, except those I am redownloading.

It's odd.

If you contact spotify, they should get this sorted.
