Can't acces Artists or albums under 'Your Music'

When I enter an artist in your music, it just stay 'loading' forever, and it happens over WiFi and with 4g.
Playlist do work btw
Any solution?

If you have tried every steps that were recommended in the link, the best thing to try is a clean reinstall of the Spotify app.
