My Question or Issue

I cannot access the queue. I have the currently playing song open (album art view, see attachment), and when I tap the queue button in the bottom right corner, nothing happens. I tried changing online/offline mode, updating the app,  restarting my phone, and turning off anything with a screen overlay (Twilight blue light filter) since that is known to break the filter button. I have a ton of songs in my quese that I now want to clear but can't, and since the queue takes precedent over album/playlist playing I can't listen to what I want to hear right now.

Hi @tgwilson

Does it happen on all playlists? It's not possible to view queue while listening to Daily Mixes.

You can also perform clean reinstall of your Spotify app, its different than regular reinstallation.

If you're not sure how to do it, follow the steps from this article.

The current music is an album that I added to the queue, not a playlist.
However, I recently tried to access one of my daily mixes, and instead of
showing songs I would expect from that playlist it showed songs that were
already in the queue.

A full reinstall might be the solution, although I really dislike having to
do that since I lose all of my downloads. 😕

You could also try to clear your queue on desktop app.

Just open queue, select all songs via keybord shortcut, right-click one of the songs and choose 'remove from queue'.

If there are songs added later, there should be a "clear" button below the "now playing".
