Can't change download/music storage location

I have a Motorolla Moto e4 with a 64 gb SD card and I've found no way to move storage off of my internal storage and onto my SD card, any solutions? Am I just not doing it right?

your problem if you have a solution, what I promise you do is go to the spotify configuration from the app, then at the end of the options the option "storage" appears, click there and choose the place where you want to store your music.

If you formatted the SD card as internal and not portable storage, the option to put spotify's cata on the SD card won't appear. Either reformat the card as portable storage or read up on how the android OS manages storage.
