I'm trying to change the storage option but doesn't appear the option, just appears label Storage

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community!

As mentioned in this support site article, the storage option should appear if your SD card is available and accessible.

If you're still having troubles seeing it, we'd recommend making sure of the following:

• Make sure that your Android device is up to speed with any OS pending updates.
• Make sure your SD card has at least 1GB free space.
• Your SD card is formatted as portable and isn't encrypted.
• You can also try a different SD to see if the issue persists. If it doesn't, we'd suggest checking your current SD for errors. You can find more instructions on how to do that from your card's manufacturer.
