My downloaded albums tab won't load

My Question or Issue

When I open the tab to go to my albums I get the loading animation, and then it forces closed... if it helps I just upgraded to an S10. Never had this issue before.

Are you still not able to access your downloaded albums?

If yes, have you tried reinstalling your phone app? If not here's a step by step tutorial. This might fix this issue for you. ^^

Hey,

I've got the same issue, I tried reinstalling as you said but it still wont open and the app crash after 3 seconds.

This problem appeared after I uptaded to Honor Play.

Yeah still the same issue. Tried uninstalling and cleaning the cache. Still
the same problem.
