On Android 7 I can't change track within lockscreen mode. If I press next or previous track ask me to enter my lock password.

Hello CaBrA! Try to write to the Spotify support at @SpotifyCares on Twitter DMs for a qualified answer that should solve your problem ๐Ÿ˜‰ they answer within 2hr (mostly!)
