My Question or Issue

Sincw today, i can't connect spotify at my phone to the JVC head unit spotify app

 It keeps mentioning disconnected thus i cant do anything at the head unit. I can only control the songs played through the phone and nothing on the head unit. Does anyone have a clue how to solve it?

Can you please do a clean reinstall and then try the steps described here. Please give an update if this works or not.

Thanks man. I've tried both steps as advised, but somehow same problem still resist. I can only control it through phone 😞

Yes, so do I.. I cannot control spotify using my JVC KW M540BT

yes, I have did it many times but it still cannot work at all

Thanks for the reply.

 

Just to confirm, are you using Bluetooth to connect to the car radio or Spotify Connect? If it's the latter, we have to tell you that this feature is no longer supported on certain car head units as described in this thread.

 

With Bluetooth it should work fine. Is this the case on your end?
