Can't connect to wifi on Honor 9

My Question or Issue

Spotify doesn't see internet connection if the phone is connected to any Wifi network.

To fix this, I deleted all the application's data and reinstall the application, but ut didn't helped.

It works well without wifi.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. We'll definitely be able to help.

When you reinstalled, did you follow the exact steps listed here for a clean reinstall? If so, does resetting your phone make a difference?

You can also try enabling and disabling Airplane Mode to see if it helps.

If you're getting an error message when trying to use the app while on WiFi, send over a screenshot and we'll take a closer look.

Hello,

I've followed the instructions when reinstalled the app. Tried airplane mode too.

None of these helped, but phone factory reset fixed the issue.
