Can't connect via mobile data, only WiFi

Can't connect via mobile data, only WiFi

Hi everyone,

 

I'm a premium user since a couple of weeks and my spotify can't connect to the mobile data service since yesterday. However, it works fine while connected to a WiFi network. Normal browsing as well as the other apps do work properly while on the mobile internet.

 

Message showed: No internet connection available

 

I tried:

 

Delete data and cache

Clean reboot as recommended

Setting the APN settings to iPv6 and back to iPv4 (ip6.me does verify I'm connected via iPv4)

 

 

Android vers.: 5.1

Model number: Moto G

Spotify vers.: 5.8.0.1029 armV7

APN is set to IPv4.
