3 devices problem

Spotify keeps telling me that I have reached the maximum number of devices (3) and consequently deletes all of my downloaded songs, I don't have it on any other devices - help???

spotify on galaxy 6

I uninstalled spotify from my galaxy 6, I reinstalled it via google play but can't locate it on my phone, when I go to install it again via google play, it shows it as being installed but I can't find it on my phone.

Music stops playing

After two or three songs the music stops playing. I have downloaded the latest version and deleted my cache as well as uninstalling and reinstalling.... nothing has worked. I have a galaxy s7 phone but the problem does not seem to occur on my iPad......
