Can't delete my saved data!

My Question or Issue

I'm trying to delete the songs I have saved onto my device, as I want to redownload them at a higher quality.

Everywhere I look on the internet it says I can scroll to the bottom of the settings page and hit 'Delete cache and saved data' - however, when I look at my settings page I only see the option to delete cache! How can I delete the saved data on my phone?

If you want to download your offline songs again, the best option would be to reinstall the app. You can do it by following the steps at https://support.spotify.com/article/reinstallation-of-spotify/.
