Can't download anymore!

Hi everybody!

Since yesterday, clicking on the download button of the app on my android phone has no effect. I can still download fine on my PC, my daughter has no problem on her Huawei (we are on the same Premium Family account) but no chance with my Galaxy S7. I cleared the cache, updated the app, restarted my phone, nothing has changed... Help me please! I posted yesterday a message to the help desk to no success so far...

Thank you for reaching out to the Community and sorry for the late response as we just came across this thread. We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the Chats section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

We understand you’ve already tried some troubleshooting steps including reinstalling, but to be sure that we're on the same page - did you use the steps for a clean reinstall mentioned in this article?

Also, if you had an SD card inserted in your phone, we'd recommend removing it, restarting your phone and trying again to see if it makes any difference.

Lastly, if the issue persists, include in your next response the OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

We'll be on the lookout.
