Can't download offline music

I've been a spotify premium user for a long time now but this is the first time i experience that i cant download music. I have change my phone and deleted all devices and signout everywhere. But still dosen't work. What else can i do to resolve this. Thanks

Can you give us a bit more info on what happens when you try saving your tunes for offline listening? 

Also, what device, operating system, and Spotify version are you using? 

We'll see what we can suggest once we have this info.

I'm having the same problem this person is having with trying to copy my downloaded offline music to my phone's sd card. Can someone please help me out with resolving this issue? It would truly be appreciated.

I seem to have the same problem.

For me the download just stays stuck at 0% ("0 of xx downloaded")

Storage doesn't seem to be the issue as I've over 100GB available (internal, not SD).

I've already tried to remove the "offline devices" from the Spotify account page so I shoudn't be hitting the 3333 limit. Reinstalling the app doesn't help either.

OnePlus 5 with Android 8.1 and the latest available app from the Play Store
