Can't download songs/albums for offline use

Just got a new Google pixel XL, had Spotify on my galaxy note 4, with a vast library both downloaded and not. Obviously I am a premium member if you didn't already know. Got rid of the note, got the pixel, signed into my account and tried to download some albums I have been listening to lately, and I maybe got as far as 2 or 3 songs. Now it says "go to settings to download using cellular." Is there something I missed? Really would prefer to not burn my data and download over wifi, we do pay for it. Even if it is 10 dollars monthly for a endless music
