Song still shows up

I have a Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge. After I log out the last played song still shows up on my screen in "sleep mode " I have to restart my phone exchange to get it to go away. Any solutions?

Spotify app verschiebbar machen

Warum lässt sich die App von spotify nicht auf eine sd Karte verschieben. Interner Speicher ist immer rar und spotify verbraucht enorm viel Speicherplatz. Jetzt habe ich mein Tablett extra um 128 GB erweitert Und kann spotify immer noch nicht nutzen.

Hey.I'm wondering if I can get the 3 months for $0.99 thing after activatimg the 6 day trial. The promo page says its for people who haven't tried premium before, not sure if the 7 day trial counts. Any help appreciated:)
