Can't download songs on premium

My Question or Issue

Hi, I have this problem. Sometimes I open spotify and find out that I can't play anything offline because it has been deleted. When I try to download the songs again, it just doesn't work. I tried to log out and uninstall and then install it again but it didn't help.

Could you try restarting your phone to see if that makes any difference for you?
 

If you still experience this, it might be caused by an issue with your device's cache.

We understand that you've reinstalled the app, but could you make sure to follow the steps here so that any outdated files will be removed.

If that doesn't solve this, could you let us know if you experience it on 3/4G, Wi-Fi or both? 

If a family member or a friend has a Spotify account, it could also be a good idea to ask them to log in on your device to see if the app behaves the same way.
