Can't download using cellular

I need help. I can't download using cellular. On my settings, the download using cellular is already on/green.

That's odd. Can you try a clean reinstall and see if that helps? If not, make sure you haven't disabled anything manually in your phone's settings. You can also read this support site article.

Spotify doesn't play nicely with dual sim phones I'm afraid. Try swapping the sims over and see if that helps. If it doesn't you may need to remove one of the sims temporarily.
