Can't find songs & no songs suggestions in the playlists

My Question or Issue

Spotify keeps acting like it's offline and can't find songs or show songs suggestions in my playlists.

Everytime I'm uninstalling the app and installing it again the issue solves for about 10 minutes but it keeps getting back.

Can't seem to figure out what the problem is, checked my account ant the settings are as they should be

Can you let me know, does this happen with 3G/4G or with Wi-Fi connection? Also, can you try to use a different connection and see if the issue still happens?

I'd be great if you could attach a screenshot so I can see how it looks like.
