Can't get pass login screen

Hi,  I've been using premium for quite a few months on my phone but as of last night, the system asked me to login again.  Now I can't get pass the login.  on the first login screen it asked for my facebook credentials.  I provide that and then it asks again if I want to start a new account or if I have an account. I say I have an account and it asks me for my credentials again.  This time it doesn't accept them. 

I'm on a Droid Bionic.  Any ideas out there?

I'm not sure why your FB details are not being accepted now though. Would it be possible for you to try changing your FB password, just for a bit?

I have tried reinstalling, shutting firewalls and everything else but I can't log in!!  I usually use my facebook account but I keep getting Error 101 and a message about proxy settings...please help!  I would consider purchasing the unlimited package but not if I cann't login

Same problems as everyone else

 

On my phone it wont log in by either facebook or log on, either brings me straight back to ask me to log in again or crashes the app.

Already tried uninstall and install and restarted phone

Hi,I've just switched phones and can't log in,it keeps getting stuck on the "uses lots of data" pop up then force closing.I've tried logging in with with notify and Facebook. what do i do?!

The data usage pop-up is sometimes caused by keyboard apps putting an extra space on the end of your username. Not sure why really, but getting rid of the space or disabling the app stops it showing up.

Hi After the last update I can't get passed the screen that says "Warning, Spotify Mobile consumes large amounts .... Etc" when I press OK  that msg just keep coming up, can't get passed it?

This is sometimes caused by apps like Swiftkey, which can add an extra space onto the end of your username. Try removing that and logging in again.

I get error 101 for firewall and proxy. I have reinstalled many times and added to my firewall to allow spoyify but still no luck. Is there a proxy you can give me? The auto detect doesn't work

How about any antivirus software? That'll need to be set up too. Also try simply resetting your router if you haven't already.

Still cant get on.

 

Getting past log on screen then app immediately crashes. Alternatively logs in, goes straight to "whats new" then wont respond and crashes.

 

Not an issue with keyboard, up to date app which i have installed/uninstalled a couple of times in last week

 

Account works fine on pc by the way

I have a spotify premium account and since a week, when I try to login on my mobile, I get passed the first login screen, but then I get stuck in a screen which asks if I want a free trial, when I then try to login there it says the login failed and I can't go any further.

 

The first thing I'd recommend would be a password reset if you're able. Though if your account was created through Facebook you'll need to go via their site to do so.

 

And if all else fails, please get in touch with our team of advisors through our contact form. This thread already has quite a few people posting and we'd prefer things to not get too messy if possible.

Is your mobile connected to the internet? Any changes you make to playlists should be synced live across all online devices.

I´ve got a strange error after the last update. When I´m sining in, a warning box appers that says that Spotify consumes large amounts of data... Ande even if I press OK it only returns and I can´t log in! The problems appears on my Samsung galaxy S2, but not on my iPod Touch... Any solutions?! 

Yes I have my mobile connected to internet. I don´t know why but it happens to me sometimes. Spotty said  "can´t synchronize , trying to reconnect, but then doesn´t synchronize, and it is suppose that it ishould be inmediatly, as other times.

Hello. I have been using spotify premium for some months.
I have been pleased with the service. But for about 3 days ago I got problems with the mobile version of Spotify on my android telephone. I was asked to log in, but the program has since then shut it self down evertime after signing in. Can someone please help me with this problem?
