Can't go to playlist radio

My Question or Issue

I have a playlist of my favorite songs, and when I try to go to playlist radio on my phone, it says that the playlist radio isn't available right now and to check back later. It's been a week and nothing has changed. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting to the wifi, uninstalling and reinstalling the app as other topics suggested, and nothing has fixed it. On the web player, I select "Start Radio" and nothing happens. My que becomes empty, and no music plays. Thank you for the help.
