Can't hear any music through UE Boom or Bluetooth devices since 30 March 2016

Can any one help I notice now that Spotify has select device option yet it doesn't show my UE Boom or In Car connection.  It shows my phone is connected to my blue tooth device (UE Boom) but no music plays.  Has been working perfectly until yesterday when I notice this new drop screen for select devices from Spotify.  I have a Premuim subscription so not sure what to do to fix...very frustrating as this is how I mostly play my music.  Any one else having the same issue and been able to resolve?

This has happened to my sound on my stereo. Always used to blue tooth to stereo from phone but now all I can hear it on is my phone and a sound square. I wondered if it was because I took advantage of 7 day free premium trial. Problem began after I didn't upgrade. Fingers crossed some one will give us instructions to resolve
