Can't hide album radios from recently played, tried everything

I've tried literally everything, but my recently played still shows album radios.

I've tried deleting cache (from the app's own settings, my phone's settings and also manually while my phone is plugged to my laptop), the whole app, deleting my user from %appdata% and NOTHING works. I'm becoming really, really desperate here. I'm also quite salty how you can hide album radios from from recently played on Apple, but no, you can't do it on Android. The 3 grey dots aren't there, and if they aren't there, how are you supposed to hide it?

If anyone has any idea how to hide album radios from recently played, I'd really appreciate your help.

That information is on spotify's servers and not on your mobile so there's no way to remove it. You could always open a new account I guess.
