Can't log in from my app

My Question or Issue

When I try to log in via Facebook at my Spotify account, it gives an error message which I am not even allowed to screenshot. I also try using the email address to log in but it still doesn't work from my app. From the web browser there is no problem. 

I tried clearing the data and cashe also uninstalling and installing the app again. 

Please help 🙏

Have you tried resetting your password? This helps often times when you're having issues logging in. 

You can also try using a different network.
