If you're unable to log in, because you don't remember your password, you can simply reset it here. On another note, if this is happening in the app and you're seeing an error message, you can give it a clean reinstall with the steps here. 

Let us know what exactly happens if you're still unable to access your account so we can see what other steps we can suggest. You can even send us a screenshot showing how things look like from your end via the Insert image option in the post editor (just make sure not to send any private info).
