Hello,
last week I saved my spotify offline songs on my sd card because my phone storage was to small.
Since I did this I can`t operate spotify over my bluetooth headset and over my Zenec Radio in my car.
On top of that I can`t see the tracks and the interpret now. Befor all that works.
When I now try to press next at my bluetooth headset another music player starts playing.
Do anyone have an idea? Is it the problem that i saved my songs on the sd card.
Greetings
Silas

Similar problem here. Since the most recent update of Spotify app (3.7.0.833) running on Huawei P7, I am not able to use bluetooth devices (both headset and car audio) to control spotify playback. Instead everything I do like [skip], [pause], or [play], launches the default music player. I still can use the same bluetooth devices to control other music apps such as Deezer and Soundcloud, but as sson as I play a song with spotify, controlling it via bluetooth headset or car audio launches the default music player.
Reverting back to version 3.5 of Spotify solved the issue for me.
Did anyone tried version 3.8 or 3.9 to see if the bug has been solved ?
Guys can you try this solution... seems like there are many users affected at the moment with various BT problems including broken "track control" with some bluetooth devices
Well that's not a solution, only a workaround that we already found.
Note that 3.5 version also works.
So you confirm that the bug is still not solved in 3.9 ?
Well all i can confirm is that track control (play/pause/skip track) didnt work with my bluetooth headphones in current version 3.9.0.965 after "downgrading" to 3.4.0.762 track control (play/pause/skip track) works perfectly on my bluetooth headphones.
HUAWEI Y550, Powerbeats2 BT headphones, Android Spotify 3.4.0.762
This bug still exists. I have very same problem that philips SHB7000 headset started to control wrong app. After i resetted whole phone and installed everything again, problem still exists. Other apps works well.
Im running latest version and have huawei P7 phone.
For your information, this bug is solved in last version 4.6. I've upgraded from 3.5 to 4.6 and I don't have any issue for now (except that the app is still very slow or can't connect/find anything like the wifi or 3G is not available).
Hey Daniel, thanks a lot, for me the advice of force stoping the program worked like a charm. Also because for some reason I could not disable the program (and as I like to use it once in a while, and have plenty of music there, uninstall was to avoid at all costs)
