Can't play any song by Kendrick Lamar!

It's basically what the topic says. Whenever i want to play any his songs the music bar at the bottom just closes. Also can't queue the song "not available" but i can add them to playlists. It's NOT an unavailable song, i have those disabled in the settings. Also i don't switch them up with manually synchronised songs, i have Wifi and i'm not in Offline Mode. Phone restartet, latest update, no other issues with using Spotify whatsoever. Location: Germany | Android 6.0, Samsung A3 2017

Have the exact same thing just tonight. Doesn't play any song from a Kendrick album on the mobile version of the app, although songs work fine through my laptop. No issues prior that would have causes such a thing.

I have the same issue as well.  I completely cleared spotify's settings, uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled the app.  Same issues on Android mobile.  Desktop Win10 is fine.

Same problem with other artists as calvin harris and disclosure (it works on my tablet, but not on my nexus 5x)

I have a similar problem, I can't play a single song by Eminem and it is really annoying. Worked fine last week. I would love to see what the problem is here and how to fix it.

Rather than make a duplicate post I figured I'd chime in here to say I'm experiencing the same exact issue except it's happening with Queens of the Stone Age albums -- all of them.

I've already followed the steps in this guide, but the issue still persists.

Everything plays fine using the desktop app on Windows, but if I select a QOTSA song on my phone the player bar just closes. And if I add it to the queue, it just gets skipped (doesn't even show in the album cover view, only the list view).

Someone else mentioned that installing an older version of spotify fixed it. Not something I recommend but, if you know what you are doing...

Have the same problem, won't play on my Laptops but will play on mobile.

The only thing that I got to work is unisntalling spotify from my phone, going to APK mirror and downloading the version of spotify from september 27, which let me play all my music again. However, the issue still persists on my windows devices. 😞

both disclosure and kill the noise work for me, but i just checked back and most songs featuring skrillex are also not playable

this is the apk file that most people will want if they have this issue. confirmed working 100% for me

On windows, just right click on spotify and run it as an admin. It worked for me. Not sure about Android, but i would try clearing the cache and uninstalling.

I have windows and your solution isn't working, no matter how many times I try and run spotify as an admin, it doesn't let me listen to Kendrick songs.

is their anything else that we can do?...

spotify better fix this, just saying.
