Can't play downloaded songs without internet connection

I have a Spotify Premium account. I work at sea and as a result don't have mobile data or an Internet connection most of the time. I downloaded a playlist of my favourite songs and until recently it would work fine in Offline mode however now for some reason if I am not connected to WiFi or data (which is most of the time) the songs in my playlist will not play, both in Online and Offline modes despite the fact they are downloaded.
