Can't play downloads when offline

My Question or Issue

I can't seem to play my downloaded songs when offline. Everytime I go offline, and go to an album or playlist, I get a prompt saying "Something Went Wrong. Have another go?", so I press on the Try Again button, but nope, still the same. (I included a picture of this prompt in attachments)

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but the issue still persists. I've checked the play store for updates but there seem to be none. Please help. This has never been an issue before.
