Songs marked as explicit content are suddenly greyed out and won't play, despite the setting being toggled on. Same issue on desktop. Just yesterday I had no such problem. Is this some kind of a bug? I tried logging in and out again, reinstalled the app multiple times but nothing works.

Just to confirm, does this occur with all explicit content? Are you seeing any specific error messages when trying to play the songs?

Also, since you mentioned that your country is South Korea, keep in mind that due to local regulations, a special age verification needs to be completed within the app in order to play explicit content. Have you gotten the prompt to complete this verification before? Were you able to complete the process in that case?

i have individual premium but no access t the explicit content and i cant even do the verification because no option comes up when i try to play a 19 plus song... how to solve this, I am tired of itttttt....

As in 2024/JUL/03 suddenly all explicit content is not working in Korea.

I'm so tired of this, and this happened before. Please show us how to verify my age.

I'm paying the subscription with my own card and suddenly the explicit content is all blocked from Spotify.

why doesnt it work even though i turned that on? It works for all my other devices except my computer.
