Can't play music in offline mode

Hey. I've tried to play music in offline mode, but they will not play. Since I only have access to Edge at work, so this is important. Has paid for spotify for 3 years and never experienced this problem.
I have a samsung galaxy s4 with the latest update of Spotify.
I have also noticed that I have 2-3 songs that never gets synced to your phone, even if I try 3G and WiFi.

And a small suggestion to spotify, Fix so that we can save on the memory card. Not everyone who buys Apple that this is not possible on 🙂

Hi there @Risee90 🙂

Spotify should choose the storage medium with the most free storage space available. If you already had offline tracks when this feature was implemented, you should erase all data using the second to last button in the settings screen.

Now, on to your issue 🙂

Have you tried to do the above? Be aware you can only have a maximum of 3,333 tracks stored for offline play.

Hey, Liam.
I installed an older version so I could sync the songs to the memory card.
I deleted everything (memory card and internal) of Spotify, so there should not be any. I first tried with a playlist with 50 songs and then the rest (900 total)
Downloaded little like I was sure they went into the memory card and then updated spotify. I think there is something strange with the new version.

I have the exact same problem, i am using a Sony experia s. I have downloaded all the songs in my playlist (about 1,3k) and it works fine when i dont check the offline mode option, but as soon as i enable that all the songs dissapear.

Can you try making a new playlist and copying all of the tracks into it in the desktop client, then synching that one for offline usage on your mobile?
