Can't play music on Android if PC app is running

My Question or Issue

If on my PC I have Spotify application started (playing music or not)

I can't listen music on my phone anymore

I need to turn off the PC application to be able to play music on my phone

Before, if music was played on my PC, when I was on my phone, I just had to select my computer name on the bottom left of the screen then switch from PC to phone.

Now, if I select my computer name, i get this new strange menu saying for my phone "Impossible to listen on"

So basically, imagine I left my office with my PC turned on and Spotify started (= 100% of the time), I won't be able to play music on my phone until I come back to work ?!

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community.

We suggest that you log out everywhere. You'll find this option by scrolling down here. Afterwards, reinstall the app on both devices (you'll need to download your tunes again if you're on Premium). 

Once this process is completed, restart your devices before launching Spotify again and let us know if you can select your phone to listen to your tunes when having the app open in your computer.
