Can't register to spotify premium

I can't register my spotify, I already have enough load but the code isn't sending to my number. Please help.

If you're trying to pay your subscription through your mobile provider, we'd recommend reaching out to them so they can provide you a new code to activate Premium.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
