When i play music on my Samsung Galaxy s7 and quit the app, i dont have this box in my message board where you see the actual played song so i have to open the app everytime i want to change a song, i cant 'control' the app without open spotify. Got it? Pleeease can someone help me 😞

In this case, try these steps: 

1. Reinstall Spotify on your device. Here's how. 
2. Try a different network. 
3. Restart your device.
