Can't report a user -- verification code error

Trying to report a spam bot account (under "abusive" though there also isn't a category in reporting for spam).

When I try to report, submit my email for the verification code then copy and paste the code into the verification box, it errors out, saying it's incorrect. I even retype the code by hand and it doesn't work.

Clearly the exact same code, though doesn't work. I've tried several times now with different codes and it still doesn't work.

Is it possible for you to do this process using a different device? If possible a computer. 

If not, please try doing it again using an incognito window. Just make sure to wait a couple hours before asking for a new code.
