Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.
Just to confirm, is this happening across devices or only on a specific one?
Also, could you let us know which troubleshooting steps you've already tried? That way we can avoid repeating any steps.
Lastly, we'd like to know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update.
We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
Also, if you are a free user, you can't do that if you are listening to a radio. Only works in playlists.
I have the same issue on desktop app (premium user). It's super annoying, hope there's a solution soon.
Hey folks,
Thank you for keeping in contact and for the info shared.
@me4tgr1ndr, on the free tier, it's expected that some playlists won't show the dot on the progress bar to rewind the track, same as the option to preview tracks. This was included on recent updates, but it's still being tested, so it could change in the future.
In your case @an_jan, this looks like an issue caused by some damaged cache stored on your device. In case you haven't tried before, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.
If the issue persists, could you record a short video where we can take a better look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to watch it).
Hope this helps. We'll be on the lookout.
