Can't start my Songs?

All the songs in my Playlist are grey and i cant start to play them! Normaly they are white!? And this songs are actually Charts and famous songs. Wat is wrong? Please helps me.

Are you sure that your internet connection is stable?

If yes, try to reinstall your app, here's a tutorial on how to do it.

Yes my internet is working. WIFI and mobile internet. I tried both.

I try it on another mobile phone and logged in with my account. But it is still the same problem...

1. Exact Device (e.g. Samsung Galaxy 4)

2. Exact operating system (e.g. 4.4.2)

3. Spotify app version installed (2.0.0)

4. About how many playlists do you have?

Are you on a VPN or similar? Or using a proxy?

What happens when you hit Shuffle Play/Play?
