Can't stream a whole local album

Please, can you all tell me why can't I stream a classic album from my country? I'm from Peru and i'm not able to stream the classic album "We All Together" by We All Together band, it's rare because a couple of months I am able to, but now the app says that "this song is currently unavailable". Please, tell what's going on, it's absurd that Spotify censors music from my country. Thanks

It's not censorship. The band (or, more likely, their publishing company) decided to not have their music on Spotify or on streaming services in general. It can happen and most of the times it has to do with complicated matters of publishing rights.
