Cannot Login on Android App

App does not want to get me logged to account

Username and Password are correct

Reseted the password - no change

reinstalled the app - no change

web login - works

Same for me, so thismay be something temporal with a failiure at the app, on my laptop works fine. Anyone with an answer?

I used my weird account name to log in and it works. I wish to change this random string of characters to something normal but cannot see option.

I tried using my long Username string however it still doesnt allow me to login 😞

Same here. New phone. Correct unsername/pasword. Says either username or password is incorrect... Please fix asap.

I had the same issue, but I managed to login with the long username. You find this username if you login on the web and check your account. Apparently the problem occurs if trying to login with a username containing @.
