Cannot download using cellular data

Cannot download using cellular data

 I want to download songs on Spotify, but when I press the download always appear the words: go to settings for download using cellular. I already turned it on but it still doesn't work. I don't know how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify. It still the same as before. Anyone please help me

Do you mind performing a clean reinstall, making sure to follow the steps in this support article in order and clear any app data (step 4)?

 

If that doesn't work, then could you try removing all offline devices from your account overview page here?
