My Question or Issue
When i download the Spotify Mobile app, everythings seems normal but when i click to any kind of playlist it's just gets stuck in the loading screen. I even cannot open the playlist made by Spotify. But when i enter my sister's account in the same phone, everything is normal just like how it should be. Any kind of help would be appreciated

Hi @Deniztrkc,
Thank you for your reply and for your confirmation.
If you have an SD card we suggest that you uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app since the card can be corrupted.
Also, can you make sure that you don't have any pending OS updates?
We'll keep an eye out for your reply.
Hi there @Deniztrkc,
Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!
Based on what you mentioned, it sounds like an account-related issue. To check, can you try on a different device, preferably another phone, and let us know if the same is happening there?
You can also try restarting the app twice in a row on your phone as this forces a resync of the app.
Let us know how it goes.
Hi @Deniztrkc,
Thanks for letting us know that.
Would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall on your phone, as it's more thorough than a normal one? Make sure to restart your phone after following those steps.
If this doesn't do the trick, could you give it a try using a different internet connection to check if that makes the difference?
Keep us in the loop 🙂
Hello, the clean reinstall and the wifi thingy didnt work. It is still the same as it was before, the green circle just keeps spinning whenever i try to open any kind of playlist or song. Also the songs that i like on the PC doesnt show in the mobile.
Hi @Deniztrkc,
Thank you for keeping in touch.
Can you confirm if you were able to open your account in a different phone to check if the issue persists?
This way we can find out if this is related to your account or if it's something else.
Keep us posted.
Hey, as you can see in the photos, i could enter my account in my friends phone without a problem and could open playlists, listen to songs. You can tell the difference that my friend uses his phone in English as i use it in Turkish. (you can compare it with the first photo i uploaded.) And also you can tell the difference by the battery logo.
Exact same thing is happening to me on my LG 7 phone. My spotify acct works fine on my partner's phone but will not work on my phone - all playlists just go to the loading screen (same as your issue) and won't play any music after restarting/redownloading.
Hey folks,
Thanks for your posts.
Can you check in your phone's settings and make sure that Spotify doesn't have any optimization/battery saving options enabled, and that it has all permissions?
@Loloatsea, could you let us know if you've already tried the other troubleshooting steps mentioned above in this thread? This is so we don't repeat ourselves a have a better idea of what might be going on.
We'll be looking out for your replies.
Hey, i checked twice and i can confirm that battery optimization is OFF and spotify has all the permissions.

Heyy, THANK YOU and every moderator that helped me solving this problem. As you mentioned it, the SD card wasnt reading the app correctly, and i actually didnt know that. Now the spotify app is working perfectly as it should be. THANK YOU EVERYONE who involved in solving this problem!!!
