Cannot search artist "oops something went wrong"

Hi! I have Spotify with a premium subscription. Since some time the Search feature doesn't work any more.. whatever name i enter Spotify doesn't show any answer and writes "oops something went wrong". I searched into the options, emptied the cache, restarted the application but it didn't help.. 😕
Any idea?

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
