Cant access premium on new Samsung S8

Got a new samsung s8 phone and cannot acess my spotify premium and my playlist i have rest my password 2 times already to make sure i dont have a duplicate account and still cannot get premium to work on my new phone i have tried logging out of my old phone which was a samsung s6 edge and not i cannot get back into spotify on my old phone as it says i am offline and it says im also offline in my new phone and spotify recently took out a payment from my bank acct on nov 20th 2017 for $9.99 but i cant access my premium acct anymore **bleep**? Any ideas or suggestions please this is very frustrating been a week like this any help would be appreciated.
