Cant delete playlist that's continuously 'loading'

Cant delete playlist that's continuously 'loading'

I created a playlist whilst offline & when I went online, the playlist would not load the songs I added. In fact it continuously says 'loading' & I cannot delete it whatsover. Can anyone help?

@Bugzyben hey there, i've had this issue before,

 

i solved it through the following steps:

  • first i'd suggest you uninstall the app, restart your device(s) and then re-install.
  • next, you can sign out of all devices here.
  • clear the cache for the app.
  • try listening on a different device to see if the same problem occurs.

@Bugzyben your playlists, followers, following, listening profile will not be affected

 

your settings will revert to normal though!

@Bugzyben hey there, i've had this issue before,

 

i solved it through the following steps:

  • first i'd suggest you uninstall the app, restart your device(s) and then re-install.
  • next, you can sign out of all devices here.
  • clear the cache for the app.
  • try listening on a different device to see if the same problem occurs.

Sorry Matt, I meant to ask.....will clearing the cache for the app delete everything but the app including my playlists & less importantly, my settings?
