Try restarting your phone or check Spotify settings? There might be Offline mode on.

does not help to restart phone, it only says (in the bottom): spotify is offline. when i go to general settings, offline mode is set to "off"

Yes i just got this -_- really pissing me off ive lost days worth of listening. Im on a Galaxy S2 aswell with Cyanogenmod 9. Ive tried both the beta and orginal apk no difference! Please help :,(
