Cant pay from phone

I've gone to pay for my spotify account, I put 15 pounds on my phone to 'pay by phone' and it doesnt allow me to do it as its already registered. How can I disable the account it linked to or how can I switch my money to a different payment option to pay for it? I am 15 btw and reliant on my phone credit to pay for it.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
