Cant use some options

I cant click the button "previous" or "shuffle" in my cellphone even tho I have a premium account. On my computer everything works, does someone have the same problem??

Let me check the followings with you:

1. Do you use the same log in credentials for both devices?
2. Can you download music in your phone?
3. Do you get ads in your phone?
4. Have you closed and opened the app again?
5. Have you reinstalled the app?
