Premium Account Problem /Mobile

I have upgraded to family premium account and i have all of the premium features to desktop (windows OS) but i can only use offline listening mode on my phone(android). I can't jump anywhere and i can't skip music as playing song on my android phone. It notificates that upgrade premuim for using this. It's like i have premium account and i don't have.
Note: Other members of the family have no problem

Spotify seems to lose its mind when you upgrade from free to premium (something they need to fix). Fortunately a quick reinstall usually fixes things.
