Changing order of playlists (NOT tracks within playlist)

Is there a way for me to rearrange my playlists in the Android app? In the desktop version it works simply via drag and drop but in the app new playlists just get randomly ordered. Example: I make monthly playlists combining all the weekly mixes for that month, and naturally I'd want them to appear in (anti-)chronological order. Works fine on desktop, in the app it's something like

- March 20

- December 19

- November 19

- February 20

Creating new playlists in the app doesn't help either as they just randomly land on rank 7 or so, not at the top of the list. So is there a way for me to fix this? I'd take anything from elegant solution to crude workaround, I don't mind as long as I can sort my stuff.

It'd be great to take a look at the info in this support site article if you'd like to find out how to sort the playlists in Your Library. 

Furthermore, it'd be good to know that if you have a preferred (customized) order for your playlists on Desktop, you can replicate it on the mobile app. To do so, you'll need to select Custom order in the Sort by menu.
