Charged by my credit card, but still free account!

Charged by my credit card, but still free account!

Hello,
I went on Premium tonight, my credit card just charged me, but I still free account.

I've already tried to clean the cache and log out many times, but still doesn't work.

I attached a picture of my debt on credit card.

Please, help me...

It looks like this is an account specific issue which should be resolved by the folks at Spotify directly. You may need to get in touch with them to check what happened to your payment and subscription. For sure, they will leave you behind 🙂
